This is just a short blurb about the importance of pinging your blog. I already wrote a post on another blog about pinging. I want to share with you.
The MaxPress Plugins are still available through wordpress but they go by a different name now. The new plugin is called CBNET Ping Optimizer If you do a search under the plugins section in your WordPress Dashboard you will the plugin that you need to set up ping list.

If you have some time to do some investigating also check out Ping.fm it is a good way to update all your social networks through pinging. Here is the link to the article I wrote on pinging.

Personal Thoughts: The one thing I thought was missing with the New Plan Network was hosting. Finally I feel the suite of tools is complete. Don’t hesitate to get your blog up and going it is by far the most powerful tool in your marketing arsenal.
